The launch signup collects your email address and records when you agreed to receive Brewhalla Coffee launch notifications. Signing up is optional.
What we use it for
Your email is reserved for the Brewhalla launch updates you requested. It is not displayed publicly or sold. This signup does not create a customer account or place an order.
Where it is kept
The list is stored in this website’s WordPress database and is available only to authorized site administrators. We keep your email, consent wording, signup time, and the page where you signed up. Records can be removed by the site administrator.
Keeping the form safe
The form uses a temporary, one-way identifier derived from your network address to limit repeated submissions. This identifier expires after 20 minutes and is not stored in your signup record. The hosting service may keep its normal security and access logs.
